You (probably) didn’t plan that, but it’s moments like that that’ll make your wedding day special, including the parts where everyone tried not to laugh.
I've filmed weddings from the Dakotas to California, and no two films have ever looked the same, because no two weddings are. I stay quiet and catch what's actually happening. When you watch your wedding film, you want to relive how it actually was and what made the day uniquely yours, instead of a knock-off Wes Anderson movie.
I got my start in sports videography and television before launching my own business. That work taught me to shoot on instinct, because there are no do-overs on live TV, and no one's going to run the same play again.
I'm not big on over-posed shots or staged reactions. I'd rather be the person nobody notices until they watch the film back and wonder when I even got that shot.
Rapid City is home. I film weddings throughout the Black Hills, South Dakota, and any other destination my couples take me.
